2. Single Sandbox Account:

3. Multiple Sandboxes

How to Grant the Sandbox access for individual users? 

Below stated is the simple process that one needs to follow in granting access to the individual user or to the particular person you want to give access. 

  • Log in to the administrator role by clicking on the below-mentioned link: https://system.sandbox.netsuite.com/pages/customerlogin.jsp
  • Select the lists → employees → and click on the employee record.
  • In the employee, record TAB click on grant access and specify the details asked over there. 
  • Save the changes that you have made to the sandbox account. Now the particular person whom you have given access is now able to log into the sandbox.  

The process to remove the access for an individual:

It is quite similar to giving access, but few things make a difference, so let’s outline those steps below.  

  • Login to your sandbox account with by clicking on https://system.sandbox.netsuite.com/pages/customerlogin.jsp
  • Select the lists → employees → and click on the employee record.
  • In the employee, record TAB click on remove access and specify the details asked over there. 
  • Save the changes that you have made to the sandbox account. Now the particular person whom you have disabled access can no longer access to your sandbox.  

Netsuite Sandbox Key Features:
