The organization has expressed that it has more than 150,000 CRM clients.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2) Overview of the product:<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>a) Microsoft Dynamics 365:<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Microsoft comes with two types of products, i.e. Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on private cloud or premises) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (cloud).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>i) New features &amp; updates:\u00a0<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Microsoft announced last year that Dynamics 365 users would get the updates twice a year (in October and April).similar to the one that Windows 10\u00a0 is following. Recently Salesforce has developed a collaboration product which is called\u00a0 Chatter. This chatter is available in all the salesforce editions with no extra cost.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>i) New Releases:<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salesforce will develop the new features in their product throughout the year in three times, and the names of that updates depended on the season and the year of release. An example is \u201cmonsoon 19\u201d.
